Who's the healthiest Chicago Bull? Derrick Rose

Since the injury in the first round of last years playoffs, Bulls fans have counted the days until Derrick Rose's return.  The timetable for Derrick's knee injury was between 8-12 months so we waited.  We watched a Bulls team scratch and claw it's way into the middle of the Eastern conference standing.  Fans have seen an injury depleted team stop Miami's win streak, stop the New York Knicks streak, go up 3-2 in their playoff series against the Nets, but now we need more.  In game 4 we watched Kirk Hinrich  who has suffered through 8 different injuries during this season gut out a 60 min. performance that the Bulls desperately needed from him.  Kirk is rumored to have injured his calf which may keep him out of the rest of the series, and maybe the playoffs.  Along with with Kirk you have Noah playing on a bad foot, Deng with a bad wrist, and Gibson has a bad knee.  So who will come to the aid of the Bulls, well hopefully the healthiest of them all Derrick Rose.

Bulls fans have supported you all year.  We ignored the comments of your brother, we accepted that mentally you were not there, we even dismissed the fact that you shut the Chicago media as we thought that you were preparing for a return.  My message to you all many Bulls fans will tell you don't do it for us, do it for your team.  Do it for Noah who looks like he's walking on hot coals every time he runs down the court.  Do it for Deng who's wrist looks like it is about to fall off after each jump shot he takes.  Do it for Taj Gibson who has played with two knee problems down the stretch of the season.  Derrick, I'm going to show you something that you may not know.

At some point everyone gets hurt.  We watched Russell Westbrook who has never missed a game in high school, college, or the Pro's go down with a knee injury, We see players going down every week, so you have to know that injuries are a part of the game.  Many question the motive for Rose coming back at this point in the season, well guess what he's all we got left, he's the only one healthy.  We are staring our 3rd string point guard and our second string shooting guard.  This team needs a lift. Something more than coach Tib's can give them, more energizing than a 5 hour energy, we need our star back.

The effects of internet bullying

Suicides by bullying are a growing problem across the nation. Stories like the loss of Amanda Todd are becoming more frequent among teens who are the victim of both physical and mental bullying. For those impacted by bullying it can impact your everyday life. The constant name calling, physical interactions, and torment can be overwhelming can young adults. Young adults who suffer from bullying usually do not perform well in school, and typically miss more days from school. How to save a relationship

The first step to improve you relationship is understanding. Not just understanding what a person is trying to say, but to understand a persons feelings. For me basic conversation with my partner helps improve our relationship by reading her body language. Women want men to know them without them saying anything so we need read signs of problems or stress. If your partner seems stressed offer a glass of wine or to fix them a nice relaxing bath. Turn on some relaxing music and massage their shoulders or back to ease any tension. Make it seem as if you know what they need before they ask.

Next tip in improving your relationship is the change up which for some of us is hard to do. If you haven't been on a night out with your partner for a while, plan just that. Plan lunch at the park, dinner and a movie, a winery for some great alone time. A great date scores lots of points, and gives your partner that one on one time he/she deserves. Also try some new things in the bed that will get their mind racing. Set up a nice romantic environment with rose pedals, chocolate, and even some sexy underwear. Spend extra time with four play and take your time all the way through, again you want this to be something she is going to remember. Think of something that they have always wanted you to do to them and go full steam ahead.

With most failed marriages and relationships are the failure on both sides to communicate. With guys our communication is very limited when it comes to our women. We talk openly about sex, sports, and money but avoid talks with our partners when it comes to how to improve our relationships. Any problems need to be talked about as soon as possible before anger starts build, don't allow them to linger. Be truthful about any concerns or problems that the two of you may be having. Keep the conversations calm but direct as you want to get your point across.
